Centrifugal drying systems for resin pellets are a special type of equipment used in the granulation workshops of chemical enterprises. Domestic online equipment primarily relies on imports, which come with a high purchasing price, long lead time, slow service response, and high maintenance costs.
According to the market demand, our company completed the delivery of a 12t/h resin pellet centrifugal drying system in October 2019 and put it into use in May 2020. This was the result of our technical transformation based on original equipment, following a process of technical research and development and integrating the existing problems encountered by various enterprises during practical application. All technical indicators met the end users’ requirements and fundamentally solve the problems of water and material leakage.
In the design and manufacturing process, we designed and manufactured many sets of special tools, providing a reliable guarantee for product quality and transportation safety.
