At the beginning of 2022, Borui Kang learned that a certain enterprise in Fujian had caused significant production problems due to equipment selection errors in the separation of dimethyl terephthalate project. Through sufficient technical exchanges with the company, Borui Kang convinced the customer that our company is the only enterprise in China that has successfully separated this material based on our understanding of this material. Finally, in July 2022, the two parties signed a technical agreement and a supply contract for three sets of centrifuges.
For the separation of dimethyl terephthalate, Borui Kang had in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation with Teijin Group in Japan as early as 2014. At that time, we did not choose Japanese domestic brand centrifuges, but instead chose Borui Kang. The most important reason is that imported centrifuges are generally standard equipment and are not willing to spend a lot of effort and cost to manufacture specialized machines! Borui Kang allows customers to have unlimited choices. The specialized technical service provided by Borui Kang - LW650-DQF dedicated centrifuge - successfully separated dimethyl terephthalate material in one go. Three devices were put into production in 2014 and have been running stably for ten years.
In January 2023, Borui Kang delivered three sets of LW635X1905-N centrifuges as scheduled for customer use. This model is based on LW650-DQF, with targeted parameter optimization design and structural optimization design. This customized upgraded version of the specialized equipment is highly satisfactory to this customer in Fujian.
This equipment can effectively separate dimethyl terephthalate, meeting the three technical requirements of centrifuge output, filter cake moisture content, and mother liquor clarification. After nearly a year of good operation, in December 2023, the company signed a contract with Borui Kang for three sets of complete machines and one set of rotor parts. On September 26, 2024, it was loaded and delivered again!
Through more than 20 years of absorbing, digesting, and researching the technology of imported first-line brand centrifuges, Borui Kang deeply understands the principle of "learning from foreign experts to improve oneself". Based on customer requirements and process conditions, we design different technical parameters and structural forms for different target separators, and adjust the interrelationships between parameters to meet customers' different technical specifications, achieving specialized machine design and manufacturing.
Borui Kang has accumulated a wealth of successful experience in specialized customized separation technology for special materials, and many of its products have undergone industrial assessment.
