On May 15, 2025, Tianjin Borui Kang once again successfully tested and shipped two refurbished German Siebtechnik TSDT1100 centrifuges for a large enterprise in Qinghai.

The Siebtechnik TSDT1100 centrifuge is a traditional German brand centrifuge. As early as 2023, Borui Kang successfully designed and refurbished one for this enterprise. As of publication, the equipment is operating normally, with centrifuge output fluctuating around 16.5 tons/hour according to production needs, fully meeting design expectations and receiving full customer recognition. The two machines designed and refurbished this time are a further equipment upgrade by Borui Kang for this enterprise, following the 2023 refurbishment.
In 2019, during a visit and technical exchange between Borui Kang and the enterprise, Borui Kang's technical capabilities and professionalism left a deep impression on the client. For numerous issues reported by the client on-site, Borui Kang was able to provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful technical support and solutions. In the following years, Borui Kang successively overhauled and refurbished three Siebtechnik TSTD1100 differential gears and one Siebtechnik TSTD1100 centrifuge for this client, all successfully modified on the first attempt. This not only met the technical requirements for structural design improvements but also significantly increased the client's production capacity, resulting in safe and stable equipment operation and earning high praise and recognition from the client.
TSDT1100 centrifuge test run
In June 2024, the enterprise and Borui Kang signed another contract for the refurbishment of two TSTD1100 centrifuges. The refurbishment plan is based on the principles of reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs and making full use of existing assets. Based on the original equipment, new manufacturing and refurbishment were carried out, covering system upgrades, safety performance optimization, and other aspects, aiming to comprehensively improve equipment operating efficiency and service life.
After the repair and refurbishment of the TSDT1100 centrifuge equipment, after assembly and testing, continuous idle operation tests were conducted on the test bench for 8 hours. Various technical indicators, including the horizontal and vertical vibration values of the main bearings, the main bearing return oil temperature, and noise, all met the test requirements. The performance of the centrifuge has been significantly improved, and the operational stability and safety have met customer expectations. The material handling capacity will reach more than 16 tons/hour. Borui Kang will continue to increase investment in technological research and development and innovation, continuously improve service capabilities, and create greater value for customers.
